As a staple in the Chicago area for more than twenty years, Pete Miller’s beginnings originate from one particularly outspoken individual.
Harold “Pete” Miller was a frequent customer of the Davis Street Fish Market in Evanston. After countless recommendations and recipe suggestions, Pete was finally handed an apron and told, “do it yourself if you know so much!” It was history from there.
Since then, Pete Miller’s has been known for their live jazz, prime steaks and, of course, fresh seafood.
